Pricing:

The investment for the Program (Effective January 1, 2006 ) is as follows:

• Basketball Training - * Rates subject to change if out of state of Indiana
• Skill Assessment (Functional Movement Screen/ SPARQ Rating Test) : $ 40*
• Individual Session: $ 60*

Team Clinic: $25 per player per session

• Package A: 5 sessions $25 0
• Package B: 10 sessions $4 5 0
• Package C: 15 sessions $ 600
• Package D: 20 sessions $ 700
• Package E: 50 sessions $1, 250
• Package F: 1 player monthly membership $250
• 2 players monthly membership $400
• 3 players monthly membership $500

(Players = siblings or teammates)

Registration:

Registration form can be printed directly from this page. Please bring payment (checks made payable to 100% Hoops) to first session. Credit card payments (visa and master card) can be made through the Estore page - check under Workout Plans.
