Established in 1998, 100% Hoops Basketball Training Program is designed to develop those who have a passion for the game and desire to be better basketball players. Participants, male/female, beginner/elite, have the opportunity to learn how to raise their level of play in a positive environment. Sessions are based on injury prevention performance training techniques resulting in increased flexibility, functional movement and overall athletic ability. The Program also influences each participant on the mental toughness aspect of athletic performance as well as the development of life skills - integrity/work ethic/discipline. The Program is focused on training fundamental skills of the game of basketball and life. The theme of the Program is 'Work and Progress' since the athletes are strongly encouraged to work extremely hard during the sessions to ensure real progress in skill and athletic performance.
100% Hoops methodology is that basketball players not only need to work on fundamental skills of the game but also on athletic ability and mental stability. Our aspiration is for players to develop and improve their physical and mental capabilities in order to enhance their athletic performance. Athletes will be encouraged to expend maximum effort during the sessions. It is strongly suggested that each athlete have adequate rest and nourishment before and after each session. An athlete's positive attitude, willingness to learn and desire to improve is essential in their development of greater skills and performance. Inherently, the Program teaches the value of self-confidence, positive mental approach and work ethic. Athletes are encouraged to submit feedback at any time in order to assure their goals and expectations are being achieved.

The Program runs year round and is comprised of phases. Summer Basics Training (Phase I) is typically June through August. Fall Pre-Season Conditioning (Phase II) is usually September through October. Winter Shooting Clinic (Phase III) is usually January through February. Training during the months in between phases is generally basketball skill development. As well as individual or small group training sessions, there are several AAU and scholastic teams (Jr. High/Prep/College) that have outsourced their basketball skill development and strength/conditioning to 100% Hoops. The Program has expanded outside of our home state of Indiana . Please refer to the US map. We are very excited to have the opportunity to bring 100% Hoops to your locality. Arrangements for travel and session rates must be made prior to confirming out-of-state sessions.
