Note from Kent Sterling

Chris -
Thanks for the note. Ryan is eager to do anything you ask. He trusts you, and if you say do "x", he does "x"...You've done a great job getting him excited about the workouts. I really think he enjoys those where you have him jump, lift, and hop, every bit as much as those where he shoots and dribbles. The practices for the AAU team are quite intense, and it's a good thing he's been with you for six months. He is playing with excellent players with great athleticism and skills. To hold his own at these practices is a real feat. It has been humbling for all of the parents. We were saying yesterday that as parents we need to be pleased with the things our kids are learning, rather than hoping for our kids to dominate.

Thanks,
Kent Sterling
